Step-by-step, the 9 stages
required for entering
a dog in a show :

The Cynoprint.comsite enables you to register for dog shows on-line.
For reasons of confidentiality, to register one or more dogs you must identify yourself via a password and User name system. If you do not have a user’s account, you can create a new one by clicking on the "New user" link and choosing a password and User Name.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail to which you can subsequently refer if you lose your ID details.

You must select a show in which you wish to enter your dogs by clicking on the Register me option. Shows with the VISA logo offer secure payment on-line via banker's card.

You must enter the dog's tattoo No. to register or click on already entered if you have already recently entered this dog for a show in the current season.

If the dog is recorded in our database, its details are displayed automatically. If not, you must fill in the fields for identifying your dog.

You must enter the information on the dog's owner. If the dog is recorded in our database, the owner’s details will be displayed automatically. If not, the information entered when you identified yourself will be displayed automatically. You are assumed to be the dog’s owner.

You must enter the information for entering the dog : the entry class, the methods for registering the dog.

Note :
After clicking on "Next" in Step 5, the entry you have started to make is saved in memory. You can therefore return to the site later to finalise the entry.
Please note that the Cynoprint.comsite enables you to enter your dogs in a show several times (for several sessions) or in several payment (see calculation details).
At this stage, you are offered several choices. You can :

Modify an unfinalised registration in the current session (by clicking on "Modify Registration").

Cancel all the registrations you have started in this session for the current show (by clicking on "Cancel").

Close the current session and return to the Home page if you wish to finalise your registration later (by clicking on "Close").

Continue, view the relevant sum for your entries, select a payment method and finalise the entries (by clicking on "Finalise").

In step 8, when you confirm your chosen payment method (cheque, Post Office account, money order or banker's card), your new registration requests are now official. They can then no longer be modified. You can however register new dogs in the same show and benefit from potential discounts: the calculation engine always takes into account all the dogs you have entered in the show and the payments you have previously made).

You must enter the options for your entry for the show : the number of cages, pairs, couples, groups, handlers, and your membership No. for the canine association organising the show, if this be the case.
Note : If you are a current member of the canine association organising the show, we recommend that you enter your membership number on this page as soon as you make your first registration for the show. In fact, you will no longer be able to enter it or alter it during any subsequent sessions.

The total amount for your current entry is calculated taking into account all the entries you have previously confirmed for the current show.

You must confirm your entry by indicating the payment method. The payment method differs according to the show.
If you wish, you can pay for your entries on the site by banker's card (step 9).

If you have selected another payment method (cheque, money order, etc.), your pre-registration is immediately confirmed. At this stage, you receive confirmation of your entry by e-mail. Your entry becomes final once it has been confirmed by the canine association organising the show. You then receive a new e-mail confirming that your entry is now final.

If the payment method is by "Banker's Card", you must fill in the secure form with the details of the banker's card to be debited.

How the amount for your entry is calculated

The Cynoprint.comsite is supported by a powerful calculation engine capable of adapting to the payment systems for the various dog shows and taking into account your previous entries by re-adjusting the tariffs in real time for all your entries in a show. (You pay the same tariff whether you enter your dogs in a show in a single or in several sessions).

The registration amount is calculated automatically.
It is calculated as follows :

If your entry consists of at least one pack
(6 dogs of the same breed and with the same owner)

The pack tariff is applied for the dogs concerned. Registering a pack gives you the right, depending on the show, to one or more individual entries for dogs within the pack. If none of the dogs in the pack is covered by an individual entry, the dog tariff for the relevant class is applied.

For additional dogs in the pack (over 6 dogs), the next pack dog is applied.

For any other dogs entered (Novice, Puppy, Veteran, Outside Competition, Confirmation Only classes), the tariff for the first dog of the relevant class is applied.

If you are not entering a pack :

For the Open, Working, Champion and Young classes, depending on the ranking for the entered dog, the tariff for the entered class is applied. The server automatically assigns the ranking for the entered dogs by sorting the dogs according to the class in which they are entered: the classes’ order of precedence is as follows: Open, Working, Champion, Youth. Beyond the maximum ranking taken into account depending on the show, the dog tariff for the relevant class is applied.

For the other classes, the tariff for the first dog in the relevant class is applied.

The additional options (cages, couples, pairs, groups, etc.) are added to the calculated amount. If you are a member of the canine association organising the show, a discount is applied to the total amount for the dogs. This discount varies depending on the show.
